Support for you, so you can support your family

We understand the trauma and impact that sexual abuse can have on you and your family. You may find yourself in an isolated position trying to deal with life changes and cope with feelings of loss, guilt, anger and anxiety—while also supporting your child and tending to their day-to-day needs.

We provide a free counselling service that provides a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to help non-abusing parents and carers to feel supported and listened to. Our one-to-one counselling sessions give you space to:

• Talk and be listened to
• Explore your experiences
• Understand your feelings
• Make choices to enhance your future

Our counselling is delivered by fully trained counsellors who work within the guidelines and ethics of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This service runs for a full year on a weekly basis, except for school holidays and half-term breaks, for parents and carers who can travel to us in London SE4.

To book or find out more about our therapeutic services, please call our free helpline.
